Alleo launches virtual visual collaboration platform

CARMEL, IN: Alleo emerges from stealth mode unveiling its enterprise-ready virtual visual canvas collaboration platform. Created by founder and tech entrepreneur Brandon Fischer, Alleo is a productive virtual work environment managing the shared documents and multimedia for participants to engage with whenever, wherever and from any device to further collaborate, contribute, and to get more work done virtually.

Inspired to create a customizable virtual meeting experience, Fischer designed Alleo to be flexible enough for just about any type of content, any level of complexity, including streaming multiple live video feeds, screen shares, and embedding content. Users can access Alleo from any device and there’s no software to install, nothing to download, and no hardware to purchase. The canvas stays securely put, even when offline, so users can return and continue to work on it.

“Lack of productivity and burnout are at an all-time high, which is being blamed on meetings,” says Fischer, who framed the idea of Alleo during the summer of 2019. “Working synchronously or asynchronously and maximizing productivity is more important than ever with a flexible work environment. This can all be accomplished with Alleo.”

Fischer’s company began quietly in Carmel, Indiana, and is already being utilized globally by major organizations who readily identify the challenges of a flexible work environment and the need for next level tools.

“Alleo is like a collaboration Swiss Army knife,” explains Ira M. Weinstein, managing partner at analyst firm Recon Research. “This platform supports video conferencing, multi-stream content sharing, advanced collaboration (ideation), webcasting, polls, shared meeting notes, and more. Finally, Alleo’s roster of more than 50 engagement, meeting intimacy, and gamification tools could persuade even the most reserved workers to jump in and contribute.”

“I honestly think it’s [Alleo] one of the closest moments I’ve come to recreating some of the best elements of in-person meetings (with the addition of some real-time tools to make some elements even better). ” — Ben Eubanks, Chief Research Officer, Lighthouse Research & Advisory.

Alleo has partnered with NEXT Studios for its launch and scaling process.
